Remove emoji replacement with discord variant

Some emoji change to black and white emoji which look HORRIBLE!
From them it is very difficult to understand what kind of emoji you put in the channel name. They are very small and incomprehensible. Please remove this! I want to put an emoji with a red exclamation mark but it changes to black and white and becomes smaller than normal which breaks my design! This problem has been around for a long time and I have never seen why this happens!
