Bring back 24-hour time

As of today, some UK English users on desktop now get 12-hour time instead of 24-hour ("military") time. Please revert this, or ideally offer a time format toggle independent of language.

  Seems to be back to 24-hour already. Very strange - could've just been a bug. I'll keep an eye on it.

  Earlier I heard someone was still on 12-hour, and now it's once again back to 12-hour for me. What a bizarre rollout.

  Edit: Though this time I was able to change my language to US English then back to UK (and back to light mode - that was also scuffed) to fix it.

  yep toggling works for me too, but I really hope they're not trying to change it to 12 hour time. Give us a toggle instead of forcing something stupid onto us
