VC lowers my mic volume for streaming/recording

Every time I join a VC while im streaming or recording my mic audio for it lowers significantly. almost to the point where you cant hear me if youre watching the stream. The voices of everyone else in the VC is just fine thoiugh. Ive played around with settings and I dont think anything works.

Im using OBS if that makes a difference
