Dislike new thread navigation behaviour

Just wanted to say that I dislike the new behaviour of threads where you cannot get straight to the channel list and you have to back out of it and are taken to the parent channel. We have a lot of long running threads for Wordle variants and there is no use in being taken back to the start position of them in the channel. It also makes it inconsistent to navigate between them as I've always treated threads like temporary channels. I would much prefer the original behaviour of the channel list always being available.
