Allow Slash Commands / Modals to have an emoji choice

Not to be confused by this. I am talking about letting bot developers to use slash commands (or modals) with an emoji picker. This would allow the user to pick an emoji like a parameter (ie. Strings, Number, Users, Channels). This would open the possibilities without having to check for emojis (via reacting to a message with the string sent in).

I know it might not be simple on the API side, but it would make easier for the bot developers and possible "latency" (reply) speeds.
