Muting notifications will not mute Discord join sounds

Muting your phone's notifications will not mute Discord's Join/Leave/Deafen/Mute/Screenshare sound prompts and will instead play them at full volume. This affects the Mobile version of discord on Samsung devices. I have tried muting the notifications in the settings too, but nothing seems to fix this problem.

While the phone is set to Do not disturb and silent mode discord will still play all in app sounds and ignore preferences set outside the app.
