Content reporting feature for emojis and stickers.

Hi i'm Cryntolov#0299 on discord and I was wondering if it would be possible to create a report system for stickers and emojis that have images used without the consent of their owner.

I've encountered a few servers now that are using a gif I have as their own sticker/gif, but I'm almost completely incapable of taking any action as if I join the server and request they either acknowledge who owns it or remove it and ban me from the server, block me or ignore me.

I can't DM the users most of the time either due to the way most have their profiles setup, and most of the time I can't join the servers anyway because it's private (and the people who post the stickers/emojis won't give me an invite).

I feel a report system for stolen content used like this would be really useful in situations like this, and could be organized so that the person reporting must submit some form of evidence to show that the content they're reporting is indeed their own content.

It could be as simple as right clicking an emoji, and clicking "Report".
