Users on mobile going offline as soon as they exit the app is a privacy concern and should be reverted or customizable
Before, mobile users would go offline after 60 seconds outside the app, but now it's less than 5. This is a problem for users who take caution with the privacy of their activity.
Watching two people on mobile go on and offline back and fourth is a little silly, it screams "hey we're privately talking to each other! even though it's none of your business, you are now aware that we are talking!"
This invites all kinds of invasive and malicious behavior, and should be either reverted or changed to allow customization of how long this window is.

Interesting feedback, on top of all the other bugs and performance downgrades the latest (mid-August) update introduced, with React Native. It's horrible, and they don't give a crap!
