Allow toggle for the new /me preview, or at least fix it.

The new preview thing for /me messages, a convenient way to italicize an entire message, is kind of annoying. not only is it visually distracting (a minor issue) but it actually makes it where you can no longer line break a message. As someone who uses discord 90% to do text-based roleplays, i.e. D&D, with some friends of mine, this is pretty obnoxious. Please add a toggle for this feature, like there was when it was in beta or whatever.

    THIS IS INCREDIBLY DISTRACTING i hate it. When they introduced this like a year and a half ago I complained but clearly that went nowhere. I have the legacy chat input on because I can't stand these UX potholes. It's like in order to access any vaguely modern chat preview features, or the character limit count (which is quite important), you have to put up with Discord looking like a Fisher Price toy sometimes.
