Add an option for simultaneous notifications on mobile and desktop

There's already a thread for this but it's a few years old so inactive. Currently there's an option for a minimum of 1min inactivity on desktop before the notification is sent to mobile. Unfortunately, when the desktop app is open in the background, say during a game, it can lead to notifications not appearing on mobile for a while. I would like there to be a feature where notifications can be simultaneous, and there not need to be a check of activity first.
