Forum posts - Close (and block) messages after inactivity period

Currently, there is an option to hide from the channel list those posts that have been inactive for the specified amount of time. However, sometimes server owners might not want to just hide them, but close (and maybe block) those posts that have been inactive for a period of time.

An example of this would be an LFG forum, where people can make posts to gather people to play together, but those posts will be kept open even if hours have passed and the group is full or they stopped playing already. Putting a setting to close inactive posts for X amount of time would be really helpful and help with the UX.
