Channel subdividers under categories

Currently in a university student society, and we have different subdivisions like robotics and spacecraft(where we build rovers and satellites). Each subdivision has a subsystem like electrical and mechanical. Would it be possible to add subdividers under categories

The reason why we aren't creating multiple servers for each subdivision is cause there's a lot of communication between each, and it would be very tedious in our case to have to change server multiple times for a single conversation.

Say max 1 subclass or number of subdividers per category, like the file cabinet would be a server, each drawer would be a category, each folder would be a subdivider, and each file is a channel.
