Harassment support
I recently opened a support ticket for some reputational harassment I've been receiving from a server that affects my website. After two weeks I just got an automated reply that said they can't share the details of the actions taken, "if any". How will I know if any action was taken at all? I can't say I feel much safer receiving an automated message that basically says I won't learn if me reporting did anything. Has anyone on here gone through a harassment ticket before? Do I just sit on this automated message or will I at least get confirmation that something was done?
