DCMA issues

One thing I cannot understand is the sheer lack of assistance that I have received by Discord administration, My artwork has been stolen and I filled out and sent irrefutable proof proving and showing that my artwork was stolen and being used by a user in Discord API services, and my case was refused, they claimed the following was not met:

• We require a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
• We require a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service;

I responded kindly asking for clarification and assistance on the matter so this can be resolved and instead of getting a response the case was re-closed as solved a 2nd time!

Why will Discord not help me protect my son and I's intellectual property!? This is an outrage!

Can someone please help guide me through this already painful process?
