Hacked account

I have been hacked and sent multiple requests to the discord support team and even emailed them. Unfortunately, I only got automated responses.

I was hacked by a Turkish group known as "noface", their entire meaning is to troll and hack accounts.

I was hacked a few weeks ago by one of their members who proceeded to send racist messages to random people in my account, after I changed my email and password and reset my computer to do a hardware scan my account was taken from me, my username was changed and my # was changed as well. I got notified a few days ago on my email that my account has been disabled for breaking T.O.S, I tried contacting discord support once again, but the results were the same. I have the Reddit account and the Xbox account that were connected to my account before I was hacked, I have the backup codes for the 2-factor sign-in, I know the emails that were on the account, and I remember the date of when it was created. 

Again, I tried contacting support multiple time, I don't expect this to get any help from the moderators as my posts on reddit were taken down and discord has not replied to me yet on twitter. I just want my old account back because that account is 2 years of memories which I value most. It has been a great experience using discord and making friends there but sadly this came to an end, I have stayed awake on the edge of my seat for days at this point waiting to hear a response from the support team.
