Getting no help returning a hacked account
Yesterday my account got hacked and after a few attempts to get back in and stop the hacker I realized I was completely unable to do so. I desperately messaged the support staff trying to return my account back to me. I messaged as soon as I could, trying to quickly resolve this as fast as was possible so as to try and keep the damage they could do with my account to a minimum.
It has been 23 hours since that hack and I have gotten NOTHING. 1 automated message asking for details I already gave and not a SINGLE thing since. I've tried opening other support tickets so I can get more attention brought to this issue. Unfortunately for me, while Discord is capable of examining multiple support tickets and closing them down (after about 6~8 hours) they aren't capable of actually fixing my account or giving me the tools to just fix it myself.
I'm annoyed and really just want to get my account back so I can play D&D with my friends but this level of radio-silence from your SUPPORT SECTION is counterproductive, unprofessional, and simply shows how little of a priority helping people really is to this company
