Unblocking A Friend that does not show in Blocked list but Discord tells them they are blocked?

Hello,
I have a guild member who has been trying to get on our guild's discord server. A message pops up saying they are blocked. Yet there is no one on the block list. How can I get my guild member to be on our guild discord server?

Obi Wan Kenobi is the guild on Myzrael server and the guild member is Cible in my guild.

I have read all the articles relating to the above to no avail has someone actually been able to describe how to get a member who is not on a block list back on to the discord server they were invited to in the first place.

I would appreciate if someone could contact me via jaday@gamail.com to give me instructions or steps on how to get my guild member back onto our guild server.
