Troubles with a disabled account after a stolen phone

Recently I had my phone stolen, with it still being logged into my discord account. I had a issue with Google, as I forgot my password there, and no 2FA on it so I couldn't recover it without contacting Google which took a while. I got access to my email back, reset the password on my Discord account, but it has been banned for breaking the TOS. Does anybody have any tips on what to do? Or am I entirely screwed? The person that stole my phone broke the ToS on my account...
