option for pinned messages to be visible when "Read message History" disabled for role

with the "read message history" option disabled for a role (such as @everyone) then people who are new to the server cannot even read the pinned messages.

pinned messages are the ideal place for keeping information that everyone should see, including people new to a server.

so my idea is an additional option for pinned messages to be visible when "Read message History" is disabled for a given role

    Hi, Psymon² now i somewhat agree your feedback but if reading message history is closed to a role wouldn't it be a silly to show the pinned message?

    i seem unable to edit my post, so addendum here.

    each pinned message should have a toggle for "allow to be seen even if "read message history off".

    maybe someone else can word that better than me 😅

    I’m not understanding, do you mean certain roles can’t see that pinned message with read message history, is that how you wanna word it?
