Toggle which servers can send you Friend Requests

My suggestion is to be able to toggle per-server if server members can send you friend requests, similar to how you can with DMs. The reason for this is because in extremely large servers (with hundreds of thousands of people), I'll get random friend requests from people who have never talked to me, some of which are spambots. But I'm open to friend requests from people in smaller servers. I don't want to have to completely turn off friend requests, but I also hate being sent spambot friend requests which are more common in very large servers.

  I think this is great idea, I hope Discord add something similar!
