Account Disabled for "TOS Violation"

My friend's Discord account (FinalxNinja#2826) was disabled not too long ago, apparently due to "TOS Violations". He had his account for over 5 years (made in Feb. of 2016, and was disabled in May 2021) and only violated the Terms of Service ONCE (in which he wasn't aware that what he did had violated the Terms of Service. Does Discord (compared to other social media platforms) not do or give a three-strike system (or something where the punishment gets worse instead an immediate termination)? When he tried to respond to the Trust & Safety member via Email to sort things out, they ignored him and within a month, they disabled his account...

I hope (Trek of T&S) sees this, and can help sort this out...

    Discord T&S are ran mostly by bots, it's impossible to hope for a human response, let alone, only like about 2/100 people's appeals are accepted, look at their transparency report, my account which was disabled last month is likely deleted by now, which might be the same to your friends account
