Channel specific overlay settings

Hi.

I'd like the option to be able to set the overlay settings on a per channel setting.

For an example when in a channel with 3-5 friends I'd love to be able to have the overlay show who's in the channel regardless of they are speaking or not.

On the other hand i also play MMO's where we will be up towards 30 people in a channel at a time, where i'd like the overlay to only show the people when they are talking.
