Bring back Nitro Classic

Nitro classic was at a perfect price point, and offered just the right amount of features. Most notably, being able to change the discriminator on your username, and stream in 1080p in a call, as well as the 50MB upload limit. Nitro Classic being priced at $4.99 a month could still work with the current subscription model as just an additional option. Some of us don't need all the fancy stickers and boosting abilities.


Nitro basic is a little too basic, and just doesn't even seem to be worth purchasing it. seems to be more targeted to users who just want emojis.

Regular Nitro, the ($9.99 one), is not worth the price, for those who do not care about server boosts, or stickers, custom profile themes, or the little voice chat games.

As a consideration, for the discord team, you could remove the discount for a year long subscription, if that's what it takes to get nitro classic back.

    I don't think removing the yearly subscription discount would be of any benefit to discord. I would stop buying their annual subscription in the first place, if you'd ask me. 120 USD is wayyyy too much, as if 100 USD wasn't already a lot to pay in one go.

     

    But, I completely agree with your discord classic should be brought back. I used to have a monthly sub on that, but now they have basic, a completely pointless sub. But as to solve your problem of 9.99 being too expensive, if you are living in areas where discord has regional pricing, you can buy it for anywhere under >5 USD. If you do not, all I can say is that you should hope that your country gets added to it. If you're living anywhere in the US/Canada/Literally any country which is economically more developed, I don't think 9.99 is that much.
