Voice Messages and Accessibility for D/HH Users

What is Discord's plan to implement some sort of accessibility feature now that voice messages are a new addition to this platform? I understand Discord has a history of using Live Captions in video/voice calls, but what about messages. This has greatly hindered my interest in wanting to continue to participate in group chats now that my peers have used voice messages and I cannot take part or understand.

  Also interested. My partner is Hard of Hearing and wants to be able to participate with me in my voice chats.

  My specific ask is to have captions per person in a voice call. Each user’s captioned voice would be a different color.

  I’d like the option to overlay the captions on the game we are playing.
