Add the ability to give Nitro users up to 2 rights to install avatar decoration

Let's say that a person can't buy nitro for one reason or another, but he likes the new avatar outlines - but he can't ask a friend to do it.

Let's be objective, new frames are cool, why not make a "step towards community" by giving nitro users the opportunity to give up to 2 times another user the opportunity before the end of the event with the scenery to set the avatar's scenery.

Full - 2 times

Decorations near the avatar are not Nitro's strongest point, avatar decorations have only just appeared, so I think this would be a good move to those who are undecided whether their avatar will like this innovation or not.

Why not?
Introduce a condition that 1 person can only get this once, or up to 3, and that's it, we don't lose much, but we also give the user a taste of this particular discord nitro chip

    We Classic users don't even have avvie decos. But it'd be nice to have them 😋

    I think they should be, as it is the base, the foundation so to speak, of the nitro variety, it's been a very long time since the classic version was updated
