    Hi there! In case you are referring to the offer from Epic Games, have you made sure you've completed the purchase on their store? You should have received an email from help@accts.epicgames.com containing a link to claim your Discord Nitro offer. The subject of this email is DISCORD NITRO: GIVEAWAY OFFER. Make sure you check the inbox for the email you've completed the purchase on the Epic Games store with. Also check the spam folder. 

    The offer should look something like this:

    Should all of this result in still no code having been received, I suggest opening a support ticket here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Hope this helped!
