Disabled Account

So my boyfriend got some chargebacks on his account and so discord made him unable to access his account and said he has 2 weeks until they disable his account. Well my boyfriend figured out why the chargebacks happened and contacted discord, multiple times, and got no response from them on any platform and now his accounts been disabled. Can he still get it back in any way since he wants his account back? I really feel like discord just did not do the best job here since he did contact them within just a couple days and then various times after and got no reply. Thank you.
