I want 1440p 60 fps streams for the whole server, this is not possible?

Pretty simple, I want to pay for the whole server to be able to stream in high quality, but it doesn't seem possible through any of discords options right now, or through boosts. I can pay for all kinds of stuff i dont want, but i cant buy better streaming for a whole a server.

I only need one stream to be high quality at a time, so I dont think it makes sense for all people on the server to pay for nitro when only one of them uses it at a time. Its the same data requirement as having one person streaming constantly. 

If im not understanding how to do this correctly let me know. but as far as I can tell there is no way to make the streaming high quality without everyone in the server buying it. 

 

Another thing that makes no sense. I am the viewer, I want to view the streaming in high quality. so therefore i must gift the streamer nitro ? this doesnt make any sense. me buying nitro does nothing for me cause im not the one streaming. I just want to pay to watch high quality, seems so basic and simple.
