Pinning conversations/people instead of servers

It would be nice to pin some friends / best friends. So if he`s offline for 1 year and if the pin doesn't exist, I wouldn`t find him anymore. Would be very sad. So, I kinda want it so I won`t lose some users that are important for me.

Please add that, it would mean so much for me and other people that wants it too.
