More window flexibility within the Desktop Discord app user experience

I so, so badly wish I could open my DMs and also my Chat channel within the Discord interface, without having to toggle back and forth and back and forth.

My vision for how it'd be done is based on and similar to the Members Online window that you can currently turn on/off while you are in a chat channel.

Converting the list of server channels, and the list of DM sender icons, into drop-down icons fixes most issues with conserving screen real-estate to make this transition.

I have included a mock-up of what this could look like.
