My Hacked got hacked and discord is not answering me!

So, 15 days ago I got hacked and someone stolen me 300$ on Nitros and i wrote like 5 tickets.
Today I got hacked again and I'm seriously scared. What can I do?
Also the discord support is not answering like NEVER and idk how to get refounded.
Please guys help me!

  Reset your passwords and make sure there isn't any malware/spyware on your devices.
  Trace back if you opened any links and/or downloaded anything.
