Image tags

I am part of a fandom discord and the fans have built a great community here. A lot of the content on the discord is images and a lot of the fandom's history is recorded in these images. Unfortunately searching for a particular image can be very difficult. I propose an image tag feature whereby users could add a tag to an image, similar to an emote reaction. It would be invisible at the normal chat viewing level (unlike emote reactions) and it would also be searchable (also unlike reactions). Preferably there would also be a new permission to make it possible for permitted users to add tags to other people's images so that we can go back to tag past images. No longer would we have to trawl through hundreds of images to find that one that was shared 2 years ago, we just search for a relevant tag and the search is narrowed down instantly.
