No response after 3 days - token malware

Hello, i ve just downloaded a malware which grabbed my discord token and bought 2 nitro gifts.When i saw the emails i instantly made a ticket to Discord and one to Paypal to refund my transaction because was unauthorized.Discord disabled my account but the refund didn't it has not been done.I ve made like 6 tickets in that night because i was panicked but i didn't get an response from Discord.Do i have a chance to get my account enabled again ?
