Main discord account disabled

Hey discord, I've been having issues here. My main discord account got disabled due to a nitro payment cancel. I've submitted a bunch of appeal tickets over the last couple of days. Each one of them tells me to sign into the website using the email address I used to make the discord account that got disabled. However, whenever I try and sign into the discord website with said email, it won't let me. It says "your account has been disabled." How can I submit a support ticket with THAT email account if it won't let me sign into your website using it? Please help me with this because I need my account back. The disabled discord accounts ID is Wolfy 狼#7600. Any help with this would be hugely appreciated
