HACKED ACCOUNT

I had an account and I was used this account continuously 3 years. Yesterday, one hacker hacked my account than opened an server and added someones his server. Than spammed via victims. I did not understood What's happening but my account has been disablet to use. I don't know How he passed Discord's "New Device" detection but I think he used our IP. Someones lived that. I sent an email to Discord about that and I want back my Discord account. Discord saying "We accepted this violate and We'll not open your account." Someones hacked my account than banned me from Discord, I'm a Victim but Discord not helping to me. This is 3 years old account Why I'll be spam with it. Why. This is not my problem. An hacked attacked to Discord but our accounts disabling to use.

  (this is entirely my supposition and I am in no way linked to discord)
  I think discord has no  way to prove what you just said, and as you can't prove it either, they won't do anything.

  but so many people were banned just because of this.
  I think the strange behavior of the account can be noticed. Especially if it is an old user.

  the person griefed my server as well by banning people as it was a mod account on my server.

  so, i was doing my normal stuff, then this kid names  ray??  joined my server. a couple days later, I banned them for spamming, then they joined back, gave themselves admin, and deleted my generals and voice chats. i got really scared because i didn't know if they could hack me, or just my server. PLEASE HELP
