Link Embedding

It would be great if we could add the embed markup in text chat. If the concern is that people could unknowingly click on prank links, etc, then make the ability to embed links a role-dependent option. For example, then only admins could do this. It would help tremendously when wanting to give the community access to many links without a ton of ugly URLs everywhere.
