Eye Catcher for short informations

Whenever there is an Update people ask the same question and get the same answer over and over. A little eye catcher in the top right corner, like you see in advertisements, in bright yellow can stick there and everyone can see it immediately. 
Example: When is the Update? 4th May 7pm.
Saves people a lot of time.
