A much better method of security: Like a wall of titanium blocking its way.
Now, reverting actions and chat history have already been suggested, but I've found a better alternative.
Three times in a row, my server's been raided. How, why? Moderation will just give resources, not even budging to tempa-ban the user or revert chat history.
I thought, "How about SUPER SECURITY?"
After taking much time to formulate the perfect plan, I think I'd got it.
For this moderation setting, it would be "Super Security/ANTI-RAID"
Features include:
- A 60-second cooldown after deleting each channel/category (the server owner is the only one immune).
- Instead of waiting and people doing things when no one's watching, users will still be welcomed but put on the "waitlist". This means for now they don't have perms to type in anything, do anything, be given any roles, etc. The owner will receive an email when someone joins the list, and can choose to admit them (let them do normal things on discord) or deny (kick then) or ban them.
- If a user seems sus, or mass deleting channels/mass banning, (at least 4 or more times in 1-3 minutes), they will temporarily have administrator perms automatically removed for a day.
- Only the server owner can unban people.
- No more than 2 people can ban people or delete channels at the same time.
- The server owner can select whether they want people other than them to delete the channels or not.
-
Thought of another one:
- Super Super Security disabled viewing or connecting to channels at all and will instead say "Sorry, you don't have permission to talk, connect to or view channels."
