discord don't show notification in my desktop

Recently i had no internet connection for 4 days, with the discord was asking to update, i used it a little before updating and everything was normal, the notification was showing, as soon as i updated, the notification was not showing in the area at work, I did almost everything to try to fix it but nothing worked, I was looking at alt + tab and the notification was invisible.

I would like to know if someone is having the same problem with reporting being "invisible"
and I'm a windows 7 user
