giving people nicknames which is visble just for ourselves

Hi I was thinking about adding an option to give people nicknames which is only visible for us and others can't see, in order to find them easier by searching or even using crtl+k. 

for example I always had problems with finding different servers admins but if you add this option I can search what I've save them as in crtl+k and I'll find them easier

  Funny enough Steam Friends already has this feature. A little cross-pollination never hurts in friendly competition,right?
