Suggestion: Animated Text

Creating a simple coded cat function that would allow text to change color or animate! Kind of like what they used to do in Old Runescape, you can type a command and then your text and it would change your text based on what you type! For example: cyan: Welcome to the server! (Which would make your text cyan) Or scroll: Hello friends! (Which would cause your text to scroll horizontally across the screen) There are multiple options here, with set text colors, glow text color changes, and of course, animated text features. It could be a nitro feature or maybe a feature you can turn on for individual servers? Just an idea!!
