False ban

Hello my name on discord is Do vis#0300

About 4 days ago I found out that my discord account was disabled and I was shocked to find this out, so as my friends.

The reason that I got banned was because of spamming something or joining discord server inhumanly posable and I do not remember doing those things.

So I tried to contact "Discord trust and safety support"

After time from 4 letters I send to them, I got the same answer and at that time I was convinced that I'm not gonna get a proper answer.

So now I don't know what should I do, bc the discord support team is just going to give the same answer, and I have valuable information in my account that I would at least like to recover. 

Please can someone help me!?
