Discord-Beta bug, storage permission

When attempting to download an image, Discord-Beta on mobile will fail to do so stating it requires storage access permissions, even though it already has access. Even checking through my mobiles Settings>Apps>Discord-Beta says it has access

  Had this same problem just had to update it, but now it just says download failed when i try to download images.
