Problem With Discord ToS

Hello Discord!

I am 12 years old, and I saw on Discord ToS that I need be 13+ to use discord, but I am only 12 years old and I got parents permision to use discord, can I still use discord or I cant use discord anymore?

  (real now) as long as your parents' email manages the account, it's fine, supposedly, just as long as your parents monitor the account. Sharing accounts with mutual family is allowed, but don't share accounts with your friends, even IRL ones.
