Disappearing Reactions

Every time someone in my server tries to use a reaction on any message it immediately disappears. It is only happening on my server, and as far as I can tell nothing has changed in permissions. Is there a fix for this?

  This is happening on our server, too. Very strange!

  With ours we found out is was the Rulesbot that we had added. Once we removed that the reactions worked again. So I would check your boys one by one.
