Stick messages at the bottom of a text channel

Hey,

Not sure if this was already suggested but I thought about an idea that could be useful for some people, and also bots having "UX" via buttons.

Let's say we've got a music player that has buttons to control volume, track, etc. anyway it doesn't matter. Now if people talk in this channel, the message that holds the buttons will slowly disappear over time which means people who want to control the bot would have to scroll until they find it back.

Now my idea would be to have the ability to stick one message to the bottom of a channel. New messages would appear above this sticked message. It would be limited to one, and only one message, and could be un-sticked whenever wanted.

You might find this a bit redundant compared to pinned messages, but I see it as a different feature as this sticked message would always be on user's screen, and all the fantasies such as embeds and buttons would be here like a normal message so they could interact with those.

  Yes this would be so good. The only thing I'd also do is have the option to collapse the message cause I feel like that might get annoying
