Invalid game overlay

When I turned on Rainbow Six Siege, I noticed that my game overlay was unavailable.

I tried to restart Discord, start it as an administrator, and confirm that the game overlay has been turned on in the settings, but it still cannot be started with the shortcut key.

Finally, I re-downloaded Discord, and something happy happened, and the game overlay came back! But when I opened Rainbow Six and switched the screen to another window, it disappeared again.

  I can still use Steam Uplay or even GeForce Experience game overlays, but I can’t use Discord.
