Revert the username change

Revert the username changes. I paid for my username for over 8 years and have lost it to a squatter because of this dumb policy. There are many threads about this already and there should be many more. You have lost at least $200/yr in subscription dollars from me. 

My account was day 1 Nitro, registered in 2015, and I had the same username for OVER EIGHT YEARS. Why you decided to take that away from me is beyond comprehension. Your reasons for the change are, as many have pointed out, spurious and ingenuous. Revert this.

    I want to add that this is factually untrue:

    "Current Nitro subscribers paying for the ability to customize their discriminator that registered for Nitro on or before March 1, 2023 will also be given early access."

    I lost my username to someone without Nitro, with a younger account. Great that the blog post straight up lied to me.

    Discord has lied about many things, including the statistics cited in their bogus blog post. Do not give Discord any more money, and IMO, start looking for alternatives. Discord is not going to get better about caring about its userbase.
