Nelly is marking all my tickets as solved without a proper response for 7 days!

I have been locked out of my account for a false accusation of leaking my friend’s personal information. I have made tons of tickets but none of them was responded by Discord! I really hope Discord gets a better ban appeal system FAST because after 7 more days my account will have the risk of being deleted.

  Nelly is broken according to staff. They dont plan to turn it off tho. Honestly we should start legal action. Too many ppl are having problems and proper support isnt being provided.
