Timestamp user-friendly interface
Add userfriendly interface for timestamp input. Currently it's a bit annoying to put timestamps using the https://discord.com/developers/docs/reference#message-formatting-timestamp-styles feature that was created.
It would be great if we had interface element like callendar with time input and styling options.
